Registered Dietitian Events This Week
 
Our campus dietitian, Susana Debbe, is hosting hummus themed health and wellness events on both campuses this week. Enjoy nutritious hummus offerings, along with mixed vegetables and chips for dipping. This healthy snack is a great source of protein and rich in antioxidants. We hope to see you there for a warm welcome back from spring recess.

Ram Dining Spring Farmers Market

The spring season is finally here! Celebrate this new joyous season with our second farmers market of the semester. This event is happening on both campuses this week. Indulge in the season's finest flavors, for a great deal and without having to leave campus.
  • Bags are provided for just $5 to fill the produce of your choice.
  • Cash, credit, and declining balance all serve as accepted forms of payment. Cash transactions can be made directly at the farmers market table on the day of the event.
  • For declining balance & credit, you must pre-pay at the register station inside The Marketplace at Rose Hill or Ram Café at Lincoln Center. Let the cashier know you would like to participate in the farmers market.
  • Present a receipt or a ticket that you received from a cashier as proof of payment at the table.
We look forward to seeing all university members/students in attendance for this classic event.

Premium Dinner Restaurant Night

Gather around the table with friends as we celebrate our second Restaurant Night of the spring semester. Join us on Tuesday, March 28th at Lincoln Center, followed by Wednesday, March 29th at Rose Hill for a special four-course pre-fixe dinner brought to you by our culinary team! This elegant plated event is reservation based and tickets are available on a first come first serve basis via our booking platform Eventbrite. Menus, event locations, offered timeslots, and details for each Restaurant Night can be viewed in advance through the reservation links for each campus below.

Tables can seat 2-6 guests depending on the size of your group. Please have one person make the reservation and add each additional member of the party during registration. Be sure to include each person's full name and student ID number under the required field. The cost for participation will be charged in advance during the week of the event. The last day to make cancellations for either campus is Sunday, March 26th. Any cancellations/no-shows after this date will still be charged. If you or anyone in your party does not have a meal plan and wishes to attend, there will be a standard door rate fee.

Ramadan Boxed Meals For Pick-Up

For those observing Ramadan, we will offer to-go meal boxes, available for purchase at various dining locations for pick-up on both campuses, starting Wednesday, March 22nd. There will be several boxed options to choose from containing a complete meal solution with various snacks, fruits, and beverage items. Boxes will be available for purchase or meal exchange. Cash, credit card, and declining balance are also accepted forms of payment. At Rose Hill, you can find these meal box options at Queen’s Court, Urban Kitchen & The Marketplace. For Lincoln Center, they will be available at Community Dining Hall, Ram Café, & Schmeltzer Dining Room. Pick-up will be available during standard hours of operation at each location.
