Dear Members of the Fordham Community,

As we shared last week, Fordham is engaged in developing its next strategic plan, and we encourage you to RSVP for a listening session to learn about the planning process and submit ideas that can shape Fordham’s vision for 2030.

Your input and engagement throughout the spring semester will help us advance our mission, elaborate the central themes in Fordham's strategic planning framework (Meaningful Opportunity, Transformative Learning, and Research that Matter), and identify ways that Fordham can distinguish itself. We are eager to hear from you as we shape our university's future together.

This week we begin virtual and in-person listening sessions for faculty and staff. We have scheduled additional listening sessions in April. Please join us at one of these sessions or interact with our strategic planning website to learn about the planning process and share your ideas.

With gratitude,

Co-chairs of the coordinating committee

Dennis C. Jacobs, Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost
Falguni Sen, Professor of Strategy and Statistics and Faculty Senate President
